Begin the Journey!
Steps
A) Do Your Research
Read Courage to Grow; read each part of our website; watch the podcasts; think about what it means to let children learn to lead at school and solve their own conflicts; have a deep discussion with your family about joining our school. Ask if you are ready to embark on this journey with us, which will change your child's path and your understanding of education, forever...
When you're ready, fill out Part I of the enrollment paperwork:
This form introduces your family, and begins the application process.
B) Family Meet-Up (scheduled during Part 1 form)
At Evoke, these initial meetings are available during Info Sessions with two or more prospective families. We ask that you come to these events having already done your research about Acton Academy and Learner-Driven education, ready to find out if you feel connected to the staff and students. You'll explore the school with one of our founders and a learner, followed by a Q&A for parents.
C) Part 2 Enrollment Form:
Following the meet-up, if we believe Evoke: Acton Academy Northshore would be a good fit for your family, we will invite you to join and send you a private link to complete paperwork. This step will lock in your spot for the next school year, and give your family access to our Tribe events so you can get to know other families.
Once enrolled, you will begin the onboarding process to learn more about daily life at Evoke and complete your first Family Badge before school starts.
Is there a Waitlist?
Yes, we have limited space at our current location, and are accepting new Tribe members on a case by case basis while we search for a larger property.
We are currently accepting applications for all grade levels K-8 for next school year 2026-2027.
The best way to get in touch about enrollment is to begin the steps above. It tells our busy founders that you are serious about joining our community. If you're on the fence about applying, you can RSVP for the next info session without enrolling here!

IS YOUR FAMILY READY FOR ACTON?
This unique method of learning is drastically different from the traditional model of education, especially that of public school. While many learners flourish here, it's not the right school for everyone. Families must be 100% committed and ready for a change. What type of learners and parents fit best?
