  This form introduces your family, and begins the application process.
  
  
  2.    Learner Interview | Family Interview 
  At Evoke, these meetings are available during Info Sessions with two or more prospective families. We ask that you come to these events with your children, having already done your research about Acton Academy and Learner-Driven education. The purpose of this event is to find out if you feel connected to the staff and students. You'll explore the school with one of our founders and a learner, followed by a Q&A for parents. If your children are not in attendance at the info session/ tour, we will require a separate interview.
  
  Shadow Weeks: 
  In early spring, we may offer shadow weeks if we believe it will not disrupt our Tribe. These are offered as one week for Spark Labs and two weeks in Adventure & Discovery Labs. 
  
  In Discovery Lab (Middle School), council members vote to invite the learner to complete enrollment after the two weeks. They are looking for learners who work well with others in team challenges, complete core skills without disrupting others, and have an overall kind and friendly demeanor. 
  
  Right Fit is Important:
  Due to the responsibilities required to thrive at Acton in a learner-led, team-friendly environment, negative behavior or lack of kindness and cooperation during shadow days will result in a decline to move forward.

  3.    Part 2 Enrollment Form:
  Following the meet-up and/or shadow days, if we believe Evoke: Acton Academy would be a good fit for your family, we will invite you to join and send you a private link to complete paperwork. This step will lock in your spot for the next school year, and give your family access to our Tribe events so you can get to know other families. 
  
  Once enrolled, you will begin to learn more about daily life at Evoke and complete your Family Onboarding Badge before school starts.
